Kunt u niet aanwezig zijn, maar wilt u uw stem voor de vergadering toch laten tellen, geef dan een machtiging aan een ander betalend lid van VRA. Stuur het volledig ingevulde en ondertekende machtigingsformulier voorafgaand aan de vergadering naar secretaris@vra.nl.
